And, parties are in hurry to cascade into the huge burdon on the country despite such critical economic scenario. It is the matter of extreme sorrow that all responsible parties, who claim to be the best care taker of the country, only discuss about the polling strategy behind the close doors rather making a consensus on the up gradation of the economic condition.
Presently the whole country is burning on three major issues, sharp hike in the petroleum fuel, inflation and nuclear deal. It is need less to say that the last factor is the indication of lack of the political will and vision. Prime minister is firm to have the deal in favour of India, in spite of it some people of the coalition are trying their level best to counter the deal at any cost. It is the subject of the deep concern that either of the party is not able to pass the message to the country for the favour or aversion of the deal. There is no doubt that the country requires the source of alternate energy, and the nuclear energy can fulfill the demand till great extent, however there are some valid concern, which need to be cleared in favour of the India’s sovereignty and foreign policy. As there are still clouds of doubt for the 123 agreement and Hyde act, which the government could not cleared completely. Government no longer is interested to convince that till what extent these two agreement would impact India in the future. Left front has own political compulsion to averse the deal, which we are failed to see any potential reason for the stand of the front. BJP is trying to part the custom that he has to oppose anything, which is being put by the ruling party.
It is yet to be seen the worst impact of the fuel hike, it is projected that the cost of per barrel, which is now @ $148.00 per barrel, could reach more than $ 200.00 per barrel. The whole scenario and the projected demand for the energy, bound us to think that how can we tap new sources of energy. This is the time of slow down in the economy of the whole world, if we put the figure of only South Asian countries, most of the countries are swimming into the double digit inflation. We not only have to be prepared for the present scenario but also need to make every possible effort to get the least bounce of the hit.
It is the high time to look forward for every youth to put the contribution in every segment, we are witness of the revolution in the telecom, IT and other services related industry. There is no doubt that the service industry alone contributes 55 % of GDP, even the major contribution is coming from Banking, Insurance, IT and ITES related industries, major share of the industry any how depends on the US and European countries. Our competitors are rapidly growing in the market for IT and other outsource related services, where we can face a big chunk to fetch the job and huge revenue as well in the future. It is the subject of concern that we still are not prepared for in search of the traditional resource of income and ways, as we are fiercely required the growth in agriculture sector, it brings immense sorrow that the sector’s growth is only 2.6% in 2007-08 (While is was 3.8% in 2006-07), despite the approximately 72% livelihood are dependent of the agriculture. And, agriculture sector contributes only 18.5% (Approx.) in GDP, where as we require more penetration of the contribution of the agricultural sector. We still have not nurtured the modern and new ways in this sector, as per the UNO report there is a strong possibility to have a big shortage of grains in India in near future, we will have to be a dependent of other countries to feed ourselves, and the big portion of the revenue would go into the vein for fulfilling the demand of the grain from out side of India. Should we not cultivate the new sources and put some big project for being self dependent
Here we can take an example of the petroleum fuel, which is completely dependent of the Arabian counties. The moment price of crude oil goes up, we inevitably have to increase the price of the petroleum fuel, which averse the positive impact of the growth of the economy. However, we have not seen any efforts or strategy going to be made for tapping the future condition. Therefore we will have to cultivate new and alternate resources of the revenue on our own, we are required that what could be the other ways which can headed us towards self independence.
The question stuck in the mind that which party has better ideology, which can provide the better development platform to the country. If the analysis is being taken, we do not find any party up to the mark. However it is our compulsion that we have to choose one of them, we have to be a part of them. It is very vibrant favor for the country that more than 65% of the population is below of 35 years old, which is why the county is being considered as young India. Some how it increases the expectation that why we can not wave the political parties, direction of the development and the governing body as per our best practices and wishes. Should it not be the responsibility of every youth to anticipate and participate in such activities?
We are still badly looking forward for better infrastructure, irrigation, electricity, process execution system. We are required to play an important role to bring the things into the shape, the question is that how can an individual play a role. Since the execution power completely lie with the parliament, so some how it is the responsibility of every country man to take care of its interest to let the best party rule over them, however the past elections are evident of negligence of the voters for casting their vote on the basis of the legitimacy of the concern of the state and the country as well. Therefore we will have to change the attitude, develop the constructive thought process and encourage the good people in every sector. We will have to be an evident of the best transitions, where we can be sure that every one plays a vital role to counter the situation and articulate the positive direction.
