The country with 122 languages (Scheduled and Non- Scheduled) & total 234 identifiable mother tongues (as per the data released by census of government of India in 2001), country with the second largest migration in the world and approximately 30 % population migrate from its birthplace, is India.

It inevitably enlightens its celebration of diversity. Despite such diversified culture and diaspora population, it has been evolved as one India. It is an epitome of beautiful illustration that how do we dissolve and replicate our understanding of different culture. There are thousands of youth, everyday migrate from their native location to other locations in the quest of livelihood. And, the migrated person gets colored himself with the local culture in gradual manner. This phenomenon is happening for years.

In the Indian context, India is known for its different languages, cultures across the world, so we have to have this unique amalgamation by intercultural understanding. History reiterates that we have been able to preserve the respective culture by inculcating it. The country, which has such rich diversified cultural history, maximum numbers of the languages and dialects to be spoken in the single country across the world, needs to preserve its rich heritage from the erosion.

Surveys reveal that more than 90% of the migrated population belong to young generation, who travel for different sort of necessity, aspiration and fulfillment of their dream, which endorses that a human being attain most knowledge and acceptance while transitioning from childhood to the adolescent, where an he/she learns to mix up in the group of diverse culture and go through tremendous social, economic, demographic, cultural transitions. And, replicate it in a cohesive manner. We all have been witnessed of the representation of unique bounding of the group along with individual identity of an individual, where he represents his class, school or group without any formal barrier. This phenomenon extends our accountability to make grasp the intercultural understanding among the youth. Youth are the most appropriate channel of inculcating and replicating the learning from the surrounding environment because of their mobility and vide range of communication ability. Therefore it has to be taught to the youngsters in a more innovative manner, so that we all can help the society to define the delineation of unity in diversity in more penetrated and accepted manner.

Having the privilege of the second largest migration population across the world, wherever we have reached, we carried our culture and transitioned ourselves to the respective region or nation’s culture in a significant way.

Today, none of the country is competent enough or to be independent in all goods, resources, technology etc., every region, state or country has to be dependent on others. We all are bound to come closer to one another for fulfilling our need and aspiration. Therefore we are left with only two options, either to accept the whole universe as an extended family with diversified culture or invade the whole world with one dominated culture, the latter is somehow not only destructive for the whole human society but also seems to be impossible. We have seen the great cultures, which have been coexisted for thousands of years. History reminds us, whenever there is a friction in the culture or respective society, it has been proved as a tremendous curse to the human being and the affected gentry had to bear a big price of it.
For the last couple of decades, India has been poised as a birthplace of the vital human resources, and we have scaled new heights in almost every sector across the globe. Consistently, we have shown our commitment for the bounding among the human being since ages, which has been proved as a boon for our society.

The whole world is inching towards the globalization rapidly, where the whole world is coming closer due to economic and other social reasons, we have global business environment at our work place, where as we have to drive the results in an amicable manner, India is hosting and creating a lot of MNCs, which cater the services to the respective country across the world. And, we have the global clients, who provide us not only the revenue but also the opportunity for the diplomatic and harmonic relationship. And it is complementing the country by way of not only understanding their businesses but also the culture. As always, major contribution is being paid by the Youth, who have shown their tremendous adaptability to grasp the diversified environment. The results reflect that youth are playing pivotal role to show the resilience of their self-importance to understand the complex issues of interculture, and evolve as a global individual.
